The bourgeois domination, created by the liberal revolutions, translated into a break with the old order, achieved on 3 levels. On the one hand, the challenge to the established hierarchy and the imposition of a social statute based on an egalitarian principle based on individual entrepreneurial capacity and social mobility, rejecting the hereditary and corporate constraints of an aristocratic nature. On the other hand, the affirmation of the value of labor and the acquisition of fortune in the identity definition of the dominant group, postulating a professional ethics that was not compatible with traditional forms of social supremacy. Finally, the emergence of a new type of social representation that would become hegemonic in contemporary societies. It is these three factors, which together, will concretize the "utopia 'of the bourgeois condition" and with it bring a new understanding of society and a new paradigm of power.
