Joaquim Alberto Chissano, Former President of the Republic of Mozambique (1986-2005)

Presidente da República de Moçambique, entre 1986 e 2005.

Eleito primeiro Presidente da União Africana (UA) em 2003.

Presidente da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (CPLP) em 2000.

Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros, entre 1975 e 1986.

Primeiro-Ministro do Governo de Transição de Moçambique, entre 1974 e 1975.

Professor Emérito em Ciências Policiais na Academia de Ciências Policiais de Moçambique.
